To preregister for the shoot all you need to do is fill out this form and click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form. It will automatically send an email to the Treasurer. He will then send you a squadding confirmation email. If you do not get a confirmation email your form was NOT received (very rare).
Recommend that you use the TAB key on the left of your keyboard to move between the various blocks on the form. That is much easier than using your mouse and will not result in sending an incomplete form.
You do not need to enter your address if it is the same as the one you entered last year.
PLEASE BE SURE TO ENTER YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS ON ALL SUBMISSIONS.
DO NOT USE THE "ENTER" KEY ON YOUR KEYBOARD OR YOU WILL SEND AN INCOMPLETE FORM AND HAVE TO START OVER.
Referees may register starting 15 Jan. All others may register starting 1 Feb.
