ARMED SERVICES SKEET CHAMPIONSHIPS (ASSC) BID FORM

This web form is solely for the use of clubs that want to bid on holding the Armed Services Skeet Championships. All you need to do is fill out this form and click the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form.  It will automatically send an email to the AFSA Treasurer.  He will forward your bid to the AFSA Secretary for processing. All bids must be in the hands of the Secretary by 1 April (e.g. 1 April 2015 for the 2016 ASSC). If you do not receive a confirmation email from the Secretary within 3 days you may conclude that your bid was NOT received (very unusual). You should then contact the Secretary directly at pierces@restel.net.

Recommend that you use the TAB key on the left of your keyboard to move between the various blocks on the form. That is much easier than using your mouse and will not result in sending an incomplete form. (If you push the ENTER key on your keyboard the incomplete form will be sent and you will have to start over.)
