CLUB INFORMATION TO BID ON SHOOT

The Armed Services Skeet Championships rotate to various parts of the country.  We have two defined zones for the shoot:  Our East zone includes clubs to the east of the Allegheny Mountains.  Our West zone includes the rest of the country.  In 2008 the shoot will be in the East Zone.

Below is a link to the standard bid form used by clubs to bid for the shoot when it is due to come to their zone.  Bids are solicited by the Secretary in January with the bids due back to the Secretary by 1 April.  The Board of Directors reviews the bids offered at the shoot in May and decides where the shoot will be held for the following year.

Immediately below is the bid matrix used by the director's to make their decision for the 2002 shoot. What you see is exactly what the director's had in front of them to make their decision.  The format is pretty standard and reflects the key information needed. The form at the link below is much more complete.  If you do not feel comfortable filling out the entire form, feel free to provide the information shown immediately below. The information may also be provided by email if you prefer that method of communication.

Ammo and clay target prices have changed since 2002, but this gives you the format that is shown to the directors.
