The 2016 Hall of Fame banquet was held at The Inn at Opryland in Nashville, TN.
Chris Naler, Colonel, USMC (Retired) opened the banquet with hearty greetings and welcomed everyone to Nashville.
Dave Wood recognized Joe Pierce for outstanding service to AFSA and presented him with the highly coveted Director Emeritus belt buckle and shooting pouch. Joe was recognized as the newest Director Emeritus.

Chris Naler, President AFSA, inducted Minka Williams in the AFSA Hall of Fame for outstanding service, shooting ability and contributions to the Association.
Members of the US Air Force Skeet Team joined Minka Williams to congratulate her on the AFSA Hall of Fame induction. TSgt Charles Thompson, SSgt Andrew Winders, Minka Williams, Major James Schmehl, Capt Andrew Thorsen and CMSgt Michael Giese.
LT Ty Younts was the lucky winner of the first raffle drawing of the evening. He won a SKB RS300 Shotgun.

The 2016 5-man HOA World Military Championship Team was U.S. Navy. Left to Right is LT Meagan Makarenko, LT Conor Stephens, LT Ty Younts, CDR John Snyder, LCDR Shawn Pyle and LT Michael Lee. Members of Navy Team 2 are also pictured. The Navy Team also won 12GA, 20GA and Doubles.

The USAF Retired 5-man Team won the 2016 HOA Championships along with the 20GA and 28GA also. Stuart Brown, Doug Repaal, Donald Snyder, Bill Wilson and David Bryan.
